I help students, parents and working professionals find a career direction that fits who they really are. Using psychometric assessments and one-to-one counselling, I help you understand your personality, strengths and interests, and turn them into a clear, practical plan. Sessions are available in person in Bangalore and online across India.
I hold an M.Sc. in Psychology from Jain University and a B.E. in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
Before counselling, I worked as a Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard and as a Search Engine Evaluator at Lionbridge Technologies. Working with data every day shaped my approach: I read assessment results carefully, explain the reasoning behind every recommendation, and base advice on evidence, not guesswork.
Alongside my corporate career, I have freelanced in multiple roles, including technical writer, quality analyst, soft skills trainer, tutor and psychological counsellor. Teaching and training people of different ages taught me to explain complex ideas simply, and that is how I walk students and parents through their assessment reports. I have also completed several professional certifications, and I continue to update my knowledge so that my advice reflects today's careers and courses.

I had a very insightful experience with Archana through her psychometric career assessment and counselling session. With 22 years of corporate experience, I was not looking for someone to simply tell me which career I should choose. I was at a point where I wanted to understand myself better, revisit my strengths and personality, and think more consciously about the direction I want to take next in my career. The detailed personality analysis and the way Archana explained the report helped me connect many dots about myself. The career counselling session was truly informative. The way the entire process was thoughtfully layered to arrive at a suitable career path was amazing. I appreciate the way the recommendations were made based on evidence gathered from our data, assessments, and graphs & not on assumptions. The approach was systematic, personalised, and very insightful. Overall, it was a truly unique experience.
