Mr. Santosh Kumar Rai (Air Veteran Sergeant) is a highly experienced Technocrat, Career Counsellor, Trainer, Education Mentor, and Founder of MyPahchan. With more than 20 years of distinguished service experience in Guided Weapon Systems (GWS) in the Indian Air Force and over 10 years of Banking Sector experience, he brings a unique combination of discipline, technical expertise, psychological understanding, and career guidance knowledge.

During his service in the Indian Air Force, he provided more than 7 years of On-the-Job Training (OJT) to JIT crews in Guided Weapon Systems, developing strong mentoring, leadership, and training capabilities.

He is a Trained and Certified Career Counsellor & Certified Career Analyst  specializing in Multi Dimensional Psychometric Assessments, Career Report Analysis, Career Planning, and Guidance to Students, Graduates, Professionals, Vocational Aspirants & Aspirant Career Counsellors. He has also completed specialized training in Career Analysis from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Chennai.
