How can a client undertake a psychometric assessment if he doesn t have required resources like a desktop or laptop or stable internet connection?

There is always an option for Offline Career Assessment. The traditional method of Career Counseling that has been followed for decades is the paper and pen type. Technology has made things more convenient when compared to the manual work. But we can always go back to those techniques whenever necessary.
